Iron Horse Guest Ranch is a place to relax, enjoy the country, ride a horse, ride in a covered wagon, go fishing in the stocked pond, walk among the tall pines, sit under the oaks, hand feed the Angus cattle, pet the Flemish Giant rabbit, gather eggs the chickens laid today, learn the history of the land, roast marshmallows while watching the stars.

Iron Horse Guest Ranch was established in October 2014 (by Alex & Niki Henson and Vic & Debbie Wilcox) and is quickly growing into a well-loved place for couples, families, and kids to enjoy a variety of activities including horseback riding opportunities such as riding lessons, wooded trail rides, hay rides, day camps, fishing, hiking, campfires, and more. Iron Horse Guest Ranch is a working ranch with cattle, goats, miniature donkeys, rabbits, chickens, and horses, including a miniature horse. Beautiful pastures, riding ring, round pen, obstacle course, and a large riding arena are just the beginning. Guests also enjoy spending time gazing across the pond while watching the birds and squirrels and the occasional deer.

If you are looking for a family activity to reconnect with your kids and get them away from TV, video games, their phones and make some new memories, this is a great place to visit. Visits to Iron Horse Guest Ranch is by appointment only. No previous riding experience is necessary.

We can also host birthday parties or family reunions.

Cabins are available for overnight guests who wish to make their experience last a little longer.

For more information and an inside look, visit the ranch on Facebook or visit our Contact page.
